Shipping
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase Monday through Friday. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our overseas facilities and when they will be delivered to their destination. Shipping time will also depend on what type of shipping method you have selected.
Orders placed on weekends, during major sales and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping time for custom monogram pieces may take longer, up to six weeks to ship, details of which can be found in the product description.
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email. You can also find additonal information on the status of your order here.
Standard and Expeditated Shipping
For Standard Shipping, it is estimated that your package will be delivered within 7–14 business days after processing.
For Expedited Shipping, it is guaranteed that your package will be delivered within 3–5 business days after processing. You should expect an e-mail notification when your package ships with a tracking number and method of shipping so you can track your package.
Import Duties and Taxes
Orders shipping from our overseas facilities under $200 US dollars will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) via Fedex. This means all relevant import duties and taxes will be included in the product price and the customer should not be subject to further costs, details of which can be found in the product description. If your order is over $200 in value then your order will be divided into seperate shipments.
What Carrier Do Your Orders Ship From?
Depeding on the origin of your products purchased , orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail, UPS Ground or Air, FedEx ground or air, or international postal carriers.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes of course! However international orders will not qualify for free shipping. You will have a variety of shipping methods at your time of checkout.
